Well... This really is a blast from the past. Kinesis were fairly precocious. Our first gig was on the 7th November 2000. I'm fairly sure we recorded this sometime that month as well. We were very young, both musically and literally (15 and 16, if it was recorded in November 2000). I doubt we had really been together as a band much more than a few months.

Recorded at Ionian Studios, Bolton, this is pretty rudimentary stuff. But still, there are little hints of what we might become a little later (i.e. a slightly more proficient band). Both 'The More You Have The Less You Feel' and 'The Flowers Are Dead' were re-recorded and included on Worship Yourself.

If you manage to listen to this EP all the way through, I'd guess you were either a) in the band itself; or b) growing up in Bolton at the time and came to one of our early gigs. It's a nice bit of history if you do fit into one of those categories. Anyhow... Enjoy!
